Your role at MOBE

The Talent Acquisition Partner will join our Human Resources team as a strong communicator who is highly motivated, and results-driven. Will be responsible for delivering on the full-cycle recruitment process at MOBE. This will be achieved by partnering closely with leadership to understand need and expectations, development of efficient recruitment processes, creative sourcing and clear communication. The talent acquisition partner will play a key role in ensuring we attract and hire the best possible talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the talent acquisition process for all level positions across the Company, including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and job advertisements/postings
  • Collaborate with department leaders to clearly identify job positions, pay range as well as skills and experience requirements
  • Review and screen resumes using our Applicant Tracking System (Paychex)
  • Maintain and properly update job descriptions
  • Uses and maximizes all avenues for sourcing candidates: proactive direct recruiting (cold-calling), internal sources, referrals, diversity resources, social networking sourcing sites, etc.
  • Identifies and deploys creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates
  • Partners with hiring managers on process as well as effective, lawful interviewing skills
  • Assist managers in creating effective interview questions
  • Assist in creating written job offers, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Facilitates the Offer-to-Onboarding process with new hires
  • When needed, work with outside staffing agencies to identify needs and source candidates
  • Schedule and facilitate phone screens and in-person interviews
  • May conduct market research related to wage rates as needed
  • Prepares recruiting metrics, updates and other reporting as required by management
  • Compliance with all recruiting-related laws
  • Coordinate and act as back up for New Hire Orientation process with other HR team members
  • Help support HR initiatives as needed
  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE's Guiding Principles
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years’ professional experience in lieu of degree
  • 3 - 5 years of professional HR/recruiting experience with prior interviewing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works effectively with wide range of internal and external individuals, in person and on the phone
  • Demonstrated use of effective sourcing, interviewing and project management experience
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruiting technologies
  • Willing to work on-site at least 3 days a week

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources or related field
