Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Parking Lot Attendant  Description Title / Position: Parking Lot Attendant Position type: Seasonal, Full-time or Part-time; Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports to: Courtesy Staff Supervisor Everyone wants the closest slot in the parking lot at a ski resort. Keeping it safe and orderly is necessary to ensure we maximize space and assist all our guests with getting the best spot available at the time of their arrival. Summary: Primary responsibility is to direct all vehicles in an orderly fashion to parking spaces. Duties and Responsibilities: Place barriers in appropriate places Direct cars to spaces or drop-off destinations Answer guest questions Check special parking permits Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Qualifications and Competencies: Must be able to work weekends and holidays Punctual and prepared to perform work duties on time Able to withstand extreme winter weather conditions Able to stand for long periods of time Safety conscious and oriented Team oriented Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job operates primarily outdoors during the winter season. This includes all forms of winter weather found in Vermont. Physical Demands: This is a physically active role requiring several hours of standing and working outdoors; includes shoveling snow and moving parking area markings.
