The case manager will oversee children and families involved in a voluntary foster care program aimed at meeting families' needs and resolving crises to prevent getting to a point that would require state intervention. Faith-based interventions are used. Primary hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00, but occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Tasks for this position include: General case management Visits with bio and foster parents Providing education regarding child development and parenting strategies Follow up with medical, emotional, educational, and behavioral needs for the child Collaborating with Children's Division on any open cases or investigations Documentation This is a rare opportunity to work with families with a preventative approach and make a lasting difference!   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
