Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a product and services company, with expertise in complex financial operations. This position is responsible for closing the books on a monthly basis and assisting with preparation for various audits. Key Responsibilities Month End Close: Lead the month end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including product, services, and technical teams, to align financial processes with operational goals. Audit Preparation: Prepare and support internal and external quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Financial Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report financial data to provide insights and support decision making within the organization. Reconciliations and Analysis: Perform general ledger account reconciliations, financial analyses, and variance analyses. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures as well as legal standards and regulations.   Position Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a product and services company. NetSuite experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience in month-end close and audit preparation. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross department collaboration.
