RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Greet each guest with a warm welcome, introduce them to the gift shop, and consistently provide exceptional service, creating memorable interactions. Capture customer information, build relationships, and invite guests back, fostering repeat customers. Master and apply the ART! of Sales to all interactions, crafting moments guests will remember long after they leave. Follow visual merchandise guidelines to showcase the aesthetic and ensure the retail space embodies the mystery and intrigue of the experience. Follow uniform guidelines and style themselves to complement John Wick's retail offerings. Demonstrated knowledge of John Wick experience products, AREA15 offerings, and up-to-date happenings at AREA15. Stay informed on AREA15's events, attractions, and F&B options, integrating this knowledge into each guest interaction with the spirit of ART! Complete cashless transactions accurately, assist with restocking, and support inventory tasks to maintain a smooth operation. Be a true storyteller with in-depth knowledge of the John Wick Experience and AREA15, captivating guests and transforming their shopping visit into an adventure. Leverage in-depth product knowledge to help guests understand the story behind each item, driving sales and enriching their experience. Thrive in the fast-paced, high-energy environment of experiential retail. Keep the retail area, including the POS register, clean and organized at all times. Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction. Adhere to department and company policies and procedures. Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards. Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory software, and other retail technology. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, especially during peak hours or high-traffic events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to generate sales revenue while maintaining an approachable demeanor. A passion for creativity and innovation. Ability to drive sales. Ability to lift 30 lbs. and use a box cutter safely. Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to work with a team, being a team player. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers, make suggestions and drive sales. Enjoy working in a creative, entrepreneurial environment, learning and adapting to new concepts and innovations. Ability to work in low lighting and sensory-sensitive environments. Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
