As a Trim Punch Carpenter, you'll work on residential job sites for some of the nation's largest builders, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch, and warranty work. Key Responsibilities: •Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs, focusing on detail and efficiency on residential job sites. •Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements. •Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality. •Daily use of digital tools for task management. Requirements: •Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry. •Your own tools, smartphone, valid driver's license, and insured vehicle for daily use. •Physical capability to meet job demands (standing, lifting up to 75 lbs). •Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy. •Authorized to work for any US employer. Work Environment: Our Field Technicians work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. This role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is our priority, so all team members must adhere to PPE requirements (hard hats, gloves, boots, eyewear).
