Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment during exercise.   Duties/Responsibilities: Design and lead Pilates classes tailored to clients' needs and abilities. Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment during exercises. Provide individualized attention to ensure clients perform exercises correctly. Promote Pilates classes and services to increase client participation. Incorporate elements of other fitness disciplines to enhance workouts.   Position Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Strong Knowledge of fitness sales and promoting services Understanding of health club operations and client management. Passion for educating and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals. Positive attitude. Google mail, Paychex, and Netgym experience, a plus Ability to execute emergency procedures, when necessary.   Education and Experience: Certified Pilates Instructor and or Reformer Certified Experience in program design and group fitness instruction Must be certified in first aid, CPR and AED within six months of hire, must regain certification when close to being expired.   Physical and Schedule Requirements: The hours will be specific to each class that is taught, but employees for this position should have some flexibility to help when substitutes are needed. A mix of days, nights, weekends and some holidays may be required Attendance at staff meetings and trainings- paid at fitness floor attendant wage-determined at time of hire.
