Key Qualifications: Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state. Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. One year prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care, nursing home, or similar setting preferred. Responsibilities: The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
