This role focuses on coordinating the intake and assessment process for children referred to Early Intervention (E.I.) services. The caseworker completes all enrollment paperwork, arranges developmental assessments as needed, refers eligible children to E.I. services, and facilitates Individual Family Service Plan (I.F.S.P.) meetings. Additionally, they mediate disputes between families and providers, refer families to additional support services, and ensure a smooth transition for children to the E.I. Preschool by age three. This role also involves developing and maintaining individual files for each child.   Position Requirements BSW degree supplemented by 12 credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.
