Oversee and responsible for operations of home sleep studies for all three locations Coordinator for Smithtown Stony Brook Sleep Disorder Center home sleep studies Oversee and responsible for the sleep shared drive files. Moving files to be read, archived studies, etc. Oversee COVID testing schedules and uploads Overseeing recalls for abnormal imaging patients and overdue office visits Oversee the schedule of the sleep techs. Scheduling and managing the incoming Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer patients Oversee the Hauppauge sleep lab Support the administrator in any other tasks that may be needed   Category Medical Receptionist   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Location Pulmonology - New York Pulmonary Consultants   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Requirements High School Diploma 2 Years minimum prior experience in a healthcare office setting Possess and utilize exceptional organizations skills, interpersonal skills and proper phone etiquette Computer and/or EMR experience Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for long periods of time, and must have manual dexterity to work computer systems and keyboard.
