Located in the heart of Wenatchee Valley, Okanogan Valley and Grant County, sits LifeLine Ambulance-one of Washington State's only remaining Primary 911 Response Companies.

To the right Paramedic, LifeLine Ambulance is seeking a Full-Time Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic and growing team in our Primary 911 Response System. Here, you will be able to practice and challenge your skills as an Paramedic and as a Supervisor.

In each of our locations our employees will be offered many opportunities for outdoor recreational activities during all seasons due to a schedule that allows for optimal work-life balance. Our employees enjoy a generous two days on six days off working schedule, in addition to flexible scheduling and a mix of Primary 911 calls between multiple locations. While at work, our employees are provided with state-of-the-art medical equipment, first-class stations and the opportunity to cross-train for Wildland Fire Medical Response.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing all activities as outlined within the job functions. The successful team member will interact in a professional manner with patients, customers, co-workers and all other company personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

In addition to employees' specific EMS certification job description. (1) Year minimum EMS experience, Paramedic Certification.

Compensation: $27.00-$32.00/hour & $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITY

Essential:

  1. Must work as a team and promote a team environment. Communicate with both management and co-workers.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operation of the shift, which include but not limited to:
    1. Coordination of staffing for, transports and 911's while on shift.
    2. Coordination of Supplies, equipment, and paperwork
    3. Ensuring operational readiness each shift.
    4. Coordinates general maintenance issues as needed.
    5. Respond to calls as needed to include additional support to the team during high call volumes.
    6. Actively involved with staff development and on-going staff training.
    7. Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  1. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  2. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of Safety Manual and Company Handbook.
  5. Knowledge of the geography and layout of the county including the location of roads and streets within the county.
  6. Thorough knowledge of equipment and supplies used in EMS.
  7. Operational Knowledge of Incident Management Systems.
  8. Ability to coordinate emergency vehicles, equipment and personnel in emergency situations, as well as non-emergency situations.
