(10-20 hrs./week) Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Join an intensive outpatient program dedicated to supporting participants recently discharged from inpatient care. Our mission is to help clients avoid rehospitalization, manage crises effectively, and achieve sustainable recovery within a compassionate and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each participant's unique needs, promoting progress toward wellness and recovery. - Provide therapeutic counseling to support clients in building effective coping skills and resilience. - Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. - Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reinforce ongoing recovery and prevent setbacks.   Position Requirements - Active Delaware LCSW license required. - Prior experience in outpatient or a similar mental health setting preferred.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
