Experience working in Geriatrics/Elder Care is highly preferred.  Current, unencumbered license to practice as a License Practical Nurse (LPN) in this state. Experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.   Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Charge Nurse oversee the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
