Share Email Opening Title Line Cook - Buffet  Description The Line Cook is responsible for food production at one or more cold or hot line stations, ensuring that all foods are produced according to recipe and plate presentation specifications. Responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for delivery to guests. Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product. .   Position Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent and three to five years previous line cook experience required.  Previous cook or prep cook experience. Able to operate standard kitchen equipment which will include the broiler, steamer, convection oven, mixer, meat slicer and chef knives. Must have a demonstrated ability to operate most commercial kitchen equipment.
