Share Email Opening Title Production Cook - Buffet  Description The Production Cook is responsible for preparing and stocking cooked dishes on the buffet food stations and properly storing assigned station’s food items. The Production Cook will also be responsible for cooking food of superior quality adhering to the company's standards while maintaining the flow of cooking according to volume levels in the outlet.   Position Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent and three to five years previous experience in mass food production such as military, institutional, banquet or casino required.
