Program Analyst 

Description

The FENIX Program Analyst is responsible for providing essential programmatic and customer services to the F-35 Emulated Non-OFP Interoperability Xperience (FENIX) program by ensuring all required security and export policies are followed, tracking and managing all transfers of information within the program and managing program policies within the team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operation of international cooperative project including tracking of software development coordination, required report submissions, cooperative engagements with partners and providing guidance to team on cooperative partner interactions.
  • Manage and coordinate all activities associated with releasability and disclosure, to include: organization, analysis and interpretation of Requests for Information (RFIs); generating, maintaining and tracking a list of all disclosure requests; analysis and editing of documents for release in accordance with latest policy regulations and tracking of software distributions.
  • Coordinate with Development Team to ensure new capabilities and features have appropriate authorization and approvals for distribution to FENIX customers.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals for data release are obtained from authorized agencies and organizations.
  • Ensure all approvals and authorizations are appropriately documented and stored for easy accessibility.
  • Develop, administer and monitor customer collaboration share space to include posting of software-only distributions and all program documentation. Manage access based on established permissions policy; maintain document currency and organization of the site.
  • Develop and track all FENIX user agreements. Ensure all FENIX component equities are adequately covered by all user agreements.
  • Provide status reports to program leadership regarding technical and programmatic aspects related to all program activities.
  • Provide other support as necessary to support the daily operations of the FENIX team.
 
Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in international cooperative projects and foreign military sales (FMS) to include foreign disclosure and releasability knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Required security clearance (Secret Level, Minimum)

Salary Range 50K - 75K and will commensurate with experience
