Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to the policies and procedures for providing therapy services in alignment with CPT and facility goals.
Maintain high standards for rehabilitation services.
Perform administrative duties as needed for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department.
Build strong rapport with patients, their families, third-party payers, and others involved in patient management.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Communication Disorders.
Must meet the requirements of the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or the State of Wisconsin, as applicable.
Must possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be actively completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Preferred Experience:
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Net Health is a plus, though training is available.
