The Social Worker employs a two-generation, whole-family approach to build trusting partnerships with families, promoting parent-child relationships, attachment, safety, and well-being. As part of an Early Head Start team, they collaborate with professionals including a Child Family Educator, Nurse, Health and Nutrition Coordinator, and Mental Health Consultant. Key duties include home visits, crisis management, emotional support, and facilitating parenting groups for 30-35 families. Responsibilities also involve trauma-informed interventions, assessments, family partnership agreements, and workshops.   Position Requirements BSW or MSW with 2-3 years of experience working with low-income families and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
