Share Email Opening Title Call Center Operator  Description The PBX Operator is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for expediting all incoming calls in a timely and accurate manner, responding to emergency situations, paging guests as dictated by current paging policy, as well as handling guest requests for services including but not limited to wake-up calls and maintenance or housekeeping requests.   Position Requirements Ability to speak clearly and professionally. Effective written and verbal communication skills required. Prior PBX experience helpful.
