We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at a beautiful Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care campus located in Burr Ridge. This picturesque campus includes: A 48-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with non-Medicare beds A 78-resident assisted living building An 11-resident memory care site Two independent living campuses While the SNF meets Medicare requirements, it does not admit Medicare Part A patients. This role focuses on providing outpatient therapy services to residents using EMR-TheraOffice. Our team includes over 500 full-time, part-time, and PRN therapists.
