Share Email Opening Title Member Services Representative  Description The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.   Position Requirements Expectations Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner Communicate special events to members and guests Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager Always maintain professional disposition Sell retail products Schedule member services: tanning, hydro-massage, etc. Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures Know club facility, services, and schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist in all projects as delegated by club management Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook Requirements Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification Experience working with children Certifications, as local/state laws require Physical Requirements Lift 10 lbs. on occasion Stand, bend and squat with frequency Climb and hang decorations when needed   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Location Gainesville 10   About the Organization Fitness Ventures LLC is a development company, owning CRUNCH Fitness franchise locations and territories throughout the United States that are hugely successful and provide the communities they serve with all of the amenities of a much more expensive club-and a warm friendly environment that is hard to find in the majority of fitness clubs in North America.
