SALARY RANGE: $20 - $23 PER HOUR

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily preschool operations, including scheduling, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
Curriculum Implementation: Assist in delivering a high-quality curriculum that meets the developmental needs of all students.
Staff Development: Mentor and train staff to enhance their professional growth and skill sets.
Parent Relations: Foster strong, effective communication with parents, addressing their needs and concerns.
Community Engagement: Represent the preschool in local partnerships and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
BA, FCCP, Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution.
Minimum of three years of experience in childcare, early childhood education, early intervention, or related fields (Five years for FCCP-certified candidates).
Experience in contract management, sales, customer service, and training development.
