The Community Outreach Coordinator (COC) manages the SNAP Navigator program and leads engagement efforts with Mercer County residents. Responsibilities include overseeing outreach activities to improve access to SNAP benefits, coordinating client referrals to community services, and fostering partnerships with local organizations. The COC will represent the organization at events to promote its programs and oversee the Pathways to Recovery program, which supports individuals affected by opiates as they return to the workforce. The role requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and building strong community relationships.   Position Requirements BSW, MSW preferred with three years of relevant experience, knowledge of public assistance programs, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
