High-speed home internet service 25 MBPS upload/download required   Position Requirements Competencies Must possess excellent verbal negotiation, customer service and communication skills. Well organized, results driven, and able to work in a high volume and fast-paced office environment. Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally. Excellent time management. Applicants may be required to pass a background check.  Ability to work a full time schedule consisting of 3 shifts from 8am-4:30pm and 2 shifts from 11:30-8pm. Attendance and punctuality are a must. Reliable transportation is required.   Preferred Education & Experience Proficiency with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook email, and Adobe Acrobat High school diploma or equivalent  Experience in *Debt Collection* , Sales, Telephone Customer Service, Telemarketing, Banking, Financial Services, Call Center, or Administrative preferred, but not required   Physical/Mental Demands Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this role, an employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and to lift and carry reports and records weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
