Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to CPT and facility policies and procedures for therapy services.
Maintain the highest standards for rehabilitation services.
Perform necessary administrative duties to support the daily operations of the rehab department.
Build strong rapport with patients, their families, third-party payers, and all others involved in patient care management.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program approved by AOTA.
Certified by NBCOT as a COTA.
Licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Illinois or Wisconsin.
Functions according to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred. Knowledge of Net Health is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
