Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to CPT’s policies and procedures for providing therapy services, which are aligned with the goals of both CPT and the facility.
Maintain high standards of rehabilitation services.
Perform necessary administrative duties to support the daily operations of the rehab department.
Build strong rapport with patients, families, third-party payers, and others involved in patient care.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by AOTA.
Licensed, certified, or registered to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois or Wisconsin.
Certified by NBCOT as an Occupational Therapist.
Adheres to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Preferred Experience:
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
Knowledge of Net Health is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
