Job Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services in accordance with CPT’s policies and facility goals.

Maintain high standards for rehabilitation services and perform necessary administrative duties.

Develop strong relationships with patients, their families, third-party payers, and other key stakeholders involved in the patient’s care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (AOTA-approved).

Licensed, certified, or registered to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois or Wisconsin.

Certified by NBCOT as an Occupational Therapist.

Adheres to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of Net Health is a plus (training available).

Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.

New graduates are welcome to apply.
