Status: PRN (Weekdays & Weekends)
Location: Alden Courts Shorewood
Availability: Monday-Friday before 3 PM, with weekend flexibility

Provide quality therapy services in line with CPT's mission and facility goals
Uphold rehabilitation standards and contribute to day-to-day department operations
Build positive relationships with patients, families, and third-party payers
Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth department functioning
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program (AOTA approved)
Certified by NBCOT as a COTA
Licensed to practice as a COTA in Illinois or Wisconsin
Adherence to AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred (willing to train)
Knowledge of Net Health is a plus but not required
