Job Summary: You will work within a 24/7 team of peers focused on providing administration and engineering support for a large, enterprise backup and recovery environment. Individuals in this role will receive lots of on-the-job training to enable the performance of their job duties – expect to GROW! This is an entry level position that will teach you highly sought after skills.

Essential Duties: Team will be responsible for the following within an enterprise backup environment for a global customer: Monitoring, administration, assist external teams in troubleshooting, document and handle service tickets, execute technical changes, escalation of issues to other teams, customer satisfaction, and reporting.

Required Qualifications: Personal experience with multiple operating systems (Linux, UNIX a plus). Experience with data backup, able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, great customer service / communication skills, understanding of IT service management principles (incident, problem, change) also a plus, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies / operating system platforms (be ready to give examples). The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for IT and technology, and the ability and desire to learn quickly and pursue excellence in everything they do.

Additional Information: Team will be providing 24-hour support so you have to be flexible to work multiple shifts even though you will have steady hours. Training WILL be provided to enable the performance of essential duties.
