The Role:

  • Will have a desire to advance in the business, this may be into lateral roles in an effort to gain a broad business perspective

 

This position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.

 

  • Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
  • May support business leader in complex concepts such as employee compensation, labor relations, organizational design and execution
  • Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root cause of human resource issues.
  • Will take unrelated data sets, analyze them and bring recommendations to leadership based on this data analysis
  • Will proactively build employer branding campaigns to support forecasted labor ramps
  • Will work with organizational leaders to build a talent bench within the organization
  • Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
  • May assist in payroll administration and timekeeping collection efforts.
  • May assist with the administration of compliance for employee benefits, 401k, Affirmative Action Planning, etc.
  • May assist with employee Leave of Absence administration
  • May at times provide administrative support to other business functions to include operations, finance, engineering, etc.
  • May assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement events.

 

MINUMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Human Resources role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, prefer advanced business degree.
  • This is an individual contributor role but will potentially the successor to the Head of Human Resources
  • Travel up to 20% may be required
