AREA15 is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to be responsible for sales and marketing for a new immersive entertainment experience inside of AREA15. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within an internal agency model, providing comprehensive and robust marketing support to a key tenant partner within the AREA15 ecosystem. The primary responsibility for this role will be to develop and implement strategic marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns to build brand awareness, drive foot traffic and generate ticket sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the client, outside agency partners, and internal teams to execute integrated marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned media.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and increasing ticket sales and revenue for an immersive entertainment experience.
  • Plan, create, and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, OOH) to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with brand client and AREA15 marketing team and external agencies to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across various channels, including paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Ensure that all marketing communications and campaigns adhere to the brand guidelines and voice, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor the success of marketing efforts by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and optimizing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Direct and manage outside agencies including digital marketing and public relations to drive awareness, foot traffic and ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with client's creative teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences, aligned with the brand's voice and marketing strategy.
  • Implement social media tactics to grow a new social media channel.
  • Develop an influencer marketing program to amplify the experience and help to grow the social media channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to disseminate the content across owned and paid channels to build awareness around the experience.
  • Develop and execute a CRM, email and SMS marketing strategy to drive visitation, customer engagement and repeat visitation.
  • Drive awareness, ticket sales, and engagement for special events and group sales by implementing tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a ticket broker and OTA strategy to open up 3rd party sales channels.
  • Oversee the marketing budget for campaigns, ensuring spending aligns with the department's financial objectives, and optimize resources for maximum impact.

  • Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
  • Be available to respond to time-sensitive matters.
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to AREA15 standards.
  • Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on experiential, entertainment, or destination-based marketing. Knowledge of the Las Vegas market a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing marketing strategies for tourist destinations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ability to work within an internal agency structure and the ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign success and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, agencies, and partners to deliver successful marketing outcomes.
  • A creative thinker who is willing to explore new ideas and marketing trends, with an emphasis on creating unique and compelling campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to liaise with VIP’s, executives or creative partners and act as a brand representative in the Las Vegas location.
  • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to commute between office and venue(s).
  • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
  • Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun exposure
