High School Diploma or GED
10 plus years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with combined electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
An individual with both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience and knowledge will be required.
All maintenance activities are to be performed considering all local, state and federal codes and regulations for maintaining adherence to safety and environmental standards.
An individual with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting will be required to be able to perform inspections, diagnostics and perform light repairs.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, cranes, chain falls and other maintenance and shop tools to perform the maintenance activities will be required.
Will be safety minded and able to work safely and orderly while performing inspections and repairs.
Independent, positive, self-motivated and self-thinker.
Must be a team player and has good communication skills both verbal and written.
Experienced troubleshooter with strong problem-solving abilities to determine the root cause.
Ability to work most of the time while maneuvering around equipment and close quarters and be on your feet for long periods of time. Walking, standing, lifting and bending will be required.
Experience with the following types of manufacturing equipment is preferred, CNC lathes and mills, secondary part washers, surface finishing equipment, tumblers, grinders, multi-spindles and assembly equipment.
