Includes 2 late shifts (12-8 PM or 1-9 PM) Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct counseling services to individuals and families. - Develop and implement treatment plans for youth in shelters or Transitional Living Programs (TLP), updating plans weekly. - Conduct life skills assessments, training, and group instruction for shelter residents. - Manage a caseload, offering individual, group, and family counseling, and crisis intervention. - Oversee and evaluate treatment plans and provide case management. - Maintain documentation, progress notes, and complete required reports. - Attend regular supervision and participate in ongoing professional development. - Provide rotating on-call emergency coverage as part of the 24-hour shelter operations.   Position Requirements BSW degree with at least 2 years of experience counseling high-risk youth and families.
