The Filtration Manager is responsible for ongoing improvement of procurement, products, services and processes through incremental and breakthrough improvements. Directly improving scheduling, training and operation in relationship to filtration operations. Monitoring Downtime and improving on reaction times and preventive planning. This position reports to the CEO and will work closely with the Production, Maintenance, QA & Plant Manager. Excellent communication and active listening skills are needed to be able to coordinate with the management team to ensure all production is scheduled as needed. The position is best suited for an independent worker who thrives in a support capacity and values working with a family business.
This full-time position will be scheduled days Monday through Friday with additional hours as required.

10+ Years operating / Managing Equipment with Membrane Technology
•
Manufacturing work experience - college B.S. a plus
•

Time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
•
Solid social skills and the ability to be self-reflective
