Our Vision As the oldest family-owned creamery in the country, we put our passion and expertise towards continuously sustaining and growing value for our customers, partners, and employees.   Category Production   Description The Filtration Manager is responsible for ongoing improvement of procurement, products, services and processes through incremental and breakthrough improvements. Directly improving scheduling, training and operation in relationship to filtration operations. Monitoring Downtime and improving on reaction times and preventive planning. This position reports to the CEO and will work closely with the Production, Maintenance, QA & Plant Manager. Excellent communication and active listening skills are needed to be able to coordinate with the management team to ensure all production is scheduled as needed. The position is best suited for an independent worker who thrives in a support capacity and values working with a family business. This full-time position will be scheduled days Monday through Friday with additional hours as required. Job Responsibilities • Filtration management of work flow and opportunity creation. • Holistic Review and analysis of producer/supplier supply base • Supplier and Equipment Provider Liason • Continuous Improvement, Waste Reduction tracking • Filtration department employees direct report • Support CFO for data collection within your department • Food & Employee Safety is everyone’s job. • As part of the Minerva Dairy Team you will be expected to support the operations in food safety programs.
