The counselor will provide integrated treatment to address both the behavioral and physical health needs of clients at the Counseling Center. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations, and providing individual, group, or family counseling, all under the supervision of licensed staff. The counselor will assess treatment needs, develop comprehensive individualized plans, and ensure clinical documentation complies with standards and guidelines. Maintaining weekly direct service hours is required.   Position Requirements BSW and at least three months of direct counseling or substance abuse counseling experience, or a relevant internship. A Pennsylvania Certification Board certification (CRS, CAC, or CADS) is required or must be obtained within one year of employment. Preferred candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have experience with trauma-informed approaches, knowledge of behavioral health disorders, and be familiar with community services for low-income, high-risk populations.
