The Team Leader will lead a multi-disciplinary treatment team specializing in child and adolescent behavioral health, addressing community service needs and coordinating closely with the school-based team. In collaboration with the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, the Team Leader provides counseling, daily support, and education to address youth behavioral health issues. They will oversee individual and group clinical supervision for staff, participate in integrated care meetings, and ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance standards.   Position Requirements PA LCSW with at least five years of experience in mental health and substance abuse services. Knowledge of child and adolescent care models and trauma-informed approaches is required. This role involves ensuring the quality and timeliness of treatment plans, physician oversight, and staff adherence to clinical documentation requirements. The position requires 40 hours per week during agency operating hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Friday 8 am-4 pm, with occasional Saturday hours.   This position is currently accepting applications.
