This role involves providing culturally sensitive care to youth in the program. The Bilingual Clinician is responsible for delivering clinical services, including assessments and individual, group, and family counseling. Key duties include providing therapy, ensuring youth safety by following ORR policies, identifying trafficking victims, conducting assessments, and offering crisis management and therapeutic support. The Clinician will also develop Behavioral and Crisis Management Plans, facilitate intake and discharge meetings, and ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation in line with ORR standards. On-call clinical intervention is required as needed.   Position Requirements MSW, LSW preferred. Experience with therapy for youth, especially in residential settings, and working with traumatized or exploited children is a plus. Strong documentation, data entry skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency are necessary.
