Status: PRN needs up to 40 hours per week throughout the week and weekends. Extremely flexible scheduling.

Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to the policies and procedures for providing therapy services in line with CPT and Facility goals.
Maintain high standards for rehabilitation services.
Perform necessary administrative duties for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department.
Develop strong rapport with patients, their family members, third-party payers, and others involved in the overall management of the patient.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program approved by the APTA or equivalent.
Possession of all necessary licenses or certifications required for practice in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin.
Adhere to the APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred. Knowledge of Net Health is a plus, though we are willing to provide training. New graduates are welcome to apply.
