Your role at MOBE

With a passion for helping others, the MOBE Operations Optimization Specialist assists in delivering a positive and seamless MOBE Participant experience, as well as employee experience with a team-based approach to work. This is achieved by assisting team leaders to identify key priorities, generate data analytics insights, assist in key operations projects and processes to achieve business objectives while maximizing efficiencies and quality high.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze metrics for all participant-facing operations teams to ensure alignment with MOBE business goals.
  • Prepare data reports for use by operations teams.
  • Analyze data to assess trends geared towards performance.
  • Determine metric accuracy and gain insights from an intra-day control center, daily, weekly, and monthly perspective that support making business decisions.
  • Verify best data sources and ensure data collected is accurate and consistent from reliable sources.
  • Support the roll out of MOBE initiatives within the Operations teams.
  • Support client implementations from an operations perspective.
  • Document trends and partner with Optimization leader to investigate root cause analysis when KPI targets are not met.
  • Communicate identified risks to Operations leadership post root cause analysis investigations.
  • Report department and individual performance to team leaders.
  • All other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of operations experience in the healthcare field
  • Self-motivated to work independently
  • Drive for results and organizational excellence
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and effectively present to management
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines, and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving and sound decision-making skills
  • Able to prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
  • Maintains flexibility, is open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities
  • Committed to continuing professional development
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
