Have strong attention to detail Having an artistic ability is a plus   Position Requirements Concrete Experience: Preferred, at least 1 year of experience in concrete industry. Quality Control: Preferred, a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control. Construction Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Education: High school diploma is required; a college degree is advantageous. Mathematical Aptitude: Proficiency in mathematical calculations for physical and volumetric property verification. Certifications: ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician Level 1, ACI Aggregate Testing Tech certification, and PCI 1 certification are advantageous. Driving Record: Must maintain a good driving record. Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing plant is a plus. Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership: Strong leadership skills.
