This role is responsible for overseeing all housing programs and staff with a focus on client experience, outcomes, and compliance with funding guidelines and criteria. Duties include, but are not limited to: Driving outcomes and reporting to funders Overseeing ongoing assessments of program clients Providing feedback and supervision to clinical and nonclinical staff Working closely with program managers to intake clients to the appropriate housing program Creating opportunities for client feedback Developing and enforcing policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices Performing regular file audits Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings This role is located in the Benton Park neighborhood of St. Louis City and has a salary starting at $70,000.   Position Requirements Requires LCSW.   This position is currently accepting applications.
