The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. Duties: - Manage workers' compensation claims and related processes - Utilize payroll/HRIS or similar HR software for data collection and analysis - Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment - Assist in talent management initiatives and employee development training. - Oversee benefits administration and provide support for employee inquiries - Administer FMLA, Disability and other leave programs effectively - Participate in talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding - Familiarity with payroll similar HRIS systems for data management - Contribute to affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives - Organize employee recognition, appreciation and celebration events   Position Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - Proven experience in HR functions such as benefits administration, talent acquisition, and compliance - Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic HR environment where you can contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
