We're hiring a CSH Case Manager to provide case management and counseling to families in our Community Housing Program. This role involves conducting assessments, developing service plans, coordinating with providers, and managing a caseload of about 25 participants. The focus is on supporting families in achieving next-step housing and overall well-being.   Position Requirements BSW with at least 2 years of social service experience, preferably with at-risk or homeless populations. Strong communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, and a valid driver’s license are required. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, culturally sensitive, and able to work independently with strong organizational skills.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
