Resident Counselors provide direct counseling services and oversee youth in residence, ensuring adherence to program goals and objectives. They offer guidance, life skills education, and transportation assistance, while also participating in staff meetings and maintaining program cleanliness. Responsibilities include completing documentation, facilitating recreation activities, and substituting when necessary.
