Key duties include conducting psychosocial assessments, managing high-risk patients, developing discharge plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address psychosocial needs related to vision care. The role also involves evaluating barriers to care, improving access to health resources, maintaining a resource directory for the visually impaired, and supporting patients through surgical phases. Additional responsibilities include documentation for CDC studies, completing assessments, and collaborating with the research director on manuscripts.     Position Requirements PA LSW or LCSW, experience with older adults, mental health, and underserved communities, and at least 10 years in healthcare, with an interest in vision-related social work and research.   This position is currently accepting applications.
