Full-time, permanent position in Atlantic County.
This role oversees a team of Case Managers in our Community Support Services (CSS). Responsibilities include supervising, coaching, and managing the team, implementing improvements, monitoring operational efficiency, handling daily problem solving, and performing administrative duties for the CSS case management team. The Supervisor is involved in both short and long-term planning to effectively direct departmental activities through subordinate management staff.
Position Specific:
• Ensure compliance for both oneself and reporting employees.
• Provide leadership in program management, decision-making, problem-solving, and the development of unit procedures and records.
• Manage employee performance, including training and conflict resolution.
• Foster an ethical, non-discriminatory, and safe work environment.
• Approve timesheets and ensure proper scheduling, including time-off requests.
• Evaluate performance and assist in the development of goals and objectives for staff.
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures, as well as the Agency/NASW Code of Ethics.
