SALARY: $15.00/hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Six (6) months’ experience working with diverse populations.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.
Valid Michigan driver’s license and a good driving record.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Deliver products to sites and/or product to client’s homes and other locations or required services; works under the direction of the Assistant Manager or designee: performs related duties as required.
STATEMENT OF TASKS:
- Transports clients and products to appropriate services and places;
- Maintains and cleans vehicle;
- Completes logs, forms and simple reports.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Flint and Genesee County streets and roads;
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle;
- Ability to work with a wide range of clients;
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Ability to attend work regularly and work under stressful conditions;
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds often;
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and respectfully in a complex, multicultural work environment that values diversity, equity and inclusion.
