Description

George School, a Quaker boarding/day grades 9-12 college preparatory school located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA has an opening for a Assistant Track Coach. This is a part-time position from mid-August to early November that is responsible for implementing and managing a quality program to serve George School students.

 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Candidates with education in a sports related field, and/or experience in running a volleyball program preferred.
  • Certified in CPR, AED, First Aid, American Red Cross.
  • Demonstrated success as a volleyball coach.
  • Ability to drive a team van.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with highly creative, intellectually curious, and highly motivated students in a diverse community.
  • The physical ability to perform routine duties including lifting and moving nets, poles, and other volleyball equipment.
