Energetic Compassionate License School Social Workers needed to fill two School Social work's positions in Fulton County.
This is a Temporary position hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm. Must be able to start by Aug 5th, 2024.
Student Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ social, emotional, and environmental needs.
Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and student/family input.
Identify barriers to care and provide solutions to enhance student well-being.
Counseling and Support:
Provide individual and group counseling to students and their families to address emotional and psychosocial issues.
Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies or critical situations.
Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for students and families.
Resource Coordination:
Assist students and families in accessing community resources, including financial assistance, housing, transportation, and healthcare services.
Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to secure necessary resources for students
Provide information and referrals to appropriate support services.
