With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Residential LPN   Description Southeast Healthcare is seeking an LPN to work in our residential facility treating men with severe and persistent mental illness and possible co-occurring substance use disorders. The nurse provides, oversees, and monitors the nursing care given to house residents. This person orders medications, monitors medication supplies, distributes and administers medications to residents, consults with the psychiatrist regarding medical, nursing and medication evaluations of house residents, provides medication education, and implements and helps to facilitate house treatment activities, such as individual/group therapy, crisis intervention services, assisting clients with ADLs, and meal preparation. Maintaining compliance with all applicable nursing standards and providing medication education to residents and employees is an important function of this position.   Position Requirements OH LPN license required.
